1. DeltaPure Technologies India Pvt. Ltd will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
2. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the equipment back
3. The Customer will receive the purchase price less a 25% restocking fee
4. Equipment parts that are defective supplied by DeltaPure Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. will be changed upto 30 days of purchase free of charge. Or as per terms of warranty as mentioned on the sale invoice.
5. Any equipment that has been installed will receive NO REFUND.
6. Special orders will not be eligible for refunds.
7. Returns and Refunds must have a Return Authorization Number associated with it.
8. Deposits for Special Orders are subject to up to a 30 day hold on funds and a 20% transaction fee.
9. Special orders that have been paid for upfront by DeltaPure Technologies India Pvt. Ltd will require a complete forfeiture of deposit
